Level 5 massage is more than a glossy skin rub! I use body mechanic testing, muscle energy techniques, and soft tissue release techniques all of which relax and balance the surrounding muscle groups, releasing tension, and stretches to restore movement, flexibility, and health!

My name is Debbie Upton.
I have worked within the private health care sector in a local health clinic since 2009. I have experienced firsthand how effective massage and soft tissue therapy can be and have seen thousands of patients get back to health.
I took the decision to re-train and gain my Level 3 Massage therapy qualification, and then to continue my studies to gain the much-coveted BTECH LEVEL 5 in Remedial Massage & Soft Tissue Therapy at the Oxford School Of Sports Massage (OSSM) where we are taught the latest up-to-date soft tissue techniques!
My sessions are specifically tailored to the needs of each person to make sure
they receive the approach that works best for them.
